RF Electric Inc is an Electrical Contracting Company specializing in Multi-Family Residential projects, taking our many years of experience and applying our intricate electrical construction knowledge using BIM design to implement a superior electrical installation incorporating the client’s needs while adhering to applicable codes and meeting the designer’s intent.
We maintain a competitive advantage by having a unique working relationship with the planning engineers and electrical equipment manufacturers, providing value engineering and construction solutions specific to each project.
We are a forward thinking EEO company with innovative installation solutions and pride ourselves in being different from other companies where our principal works on each project we undertake, providing our clients with a responsive field decision process speeding up production.
We perform design build projects and work closely with our clients, managing construction costs and schedules while procuring electrical sw gear, generators, inverters, materials and light fixtures.
RF Electric is a “California Department of Food and Agriculture / Division of Measurement Standards” and Los Angeles County Weights and Measures (LACW&M) licensed agency permitted to install electronic metering certified by LACW&M and the State of California.
We pay special attention to safety with our OSHA Guided Safety Director, training and educating our employees on our safety policy and procedures.
Our employees are certified in CPR, First Aid, Rigging, Crane, Signal, Reach lift and powder actuated tools.
We constantly preform job site and temp power inspections on each of our projects and keep detailed JHA records.
